You can make your purchase by following these steps:
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us by email no more than 24 hours after the transaction to request the cancelation.
Allow 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped unless the product is Back order. Currently, we can provide a tracking number only for those countries:

Note that if your country is not in this list, it is your responsibility to contact us before placing your orders. The 20$ international shipping fee does not apply. We will then send you a quote for shipping options and cost.
In the eventuality that you did placed your order without previously contacting us and that your country isn’t in the above list, your package will be sent without tracking number, with all the risks of loss and delays that it implies, without warranty. Please reach out by mail as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct the situation.
International clients may have to pay custom and taxes upon arrival of their package in their country, which they will be responsible for. Note that it may incur further delays to our estimated arrival time. We will do our best to minimize it.
If your order can’t be delivered for any reasons and is sent back to us, your account will be credited the amount of your purchase, unless it’s agreed otherwise.
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us no more than 14 days from the date of the reception of your product to ask for a refund. You will then be asked to send your purchase back to us in its original packaging. Please send it by regular mail and write RETURN FOR WARRANTY as the reason of shipping.
Bluewave offer a full year of warranty including parts and labour or replacement against any manufacturing defects or failure under normal usage of all of our products.
If your product is defective or if you need support, please contact us by email at email@example.com. You should receive an answer in less than 5 business days. Please note that our office is only open on weekdays, from 9 am to 5pm EST.
Once we have agreed that we would repair or exchange your item, you can send it by regular mail to 5425 de Bordeaux #313, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2H 2P9. Please send us the tracking number if using. We will contact you upon reception of the product. Also, Note on the package RETURN FOR WARANTY to avoid delays.
Upon reception, we will evaluate each item. It may take up to 10 business days before we can repair and/or send the replacement. Bluewave does not offer refund past the 14 days evaluation period unless we are not able to offer you a replacement.
Please note that the event of a refund, we will only refund the articles, not the shipping fees.
In any of these situation, your warranty is nil, and you won’t be admissible for an exchange.
In those cases, if repair is possible, it will be at your expense.
The warranty is not transferable.
